The programme is open for public and private partners of all kinds from the programme area. Ensuring the correct mix of project partners is crucial to achieving genuine transnational cooperation and successful results.
On 1st-2nd March 2017, the NPA 2014-2020 Monitoring Committee met to decide on the applications submitted for the Fourth Call. The Monitoring Committee approved 10 projects out of the 37 applications received.

Arctic Cooperation
This collaboration between European programmes in the Arctic is encouraged and mandated by the European Commission. You can expect coordinated websites, joint events, an Arctic project award, joint publications, etc.
The call for preparatory projects is open for all 4 Priority Axes. Decisions on preparatory projects are made by the Joint Secretariat. The call is continuous, meaning that applications can be submitted at any time.
